Processing and Shipping Times
- Processing Time: 2-7 business days.
- Shipping Time within Europe: 3-10 business days.
- International Shipping Time: 5-20 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the size of your order.
- Economy Shipping starts at $3.99, Standard Shipping starts at $4.75, and Priority Shipping costs vary.
Shipping Providers
- We work with reliable shipping providers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Customs Fees
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Returned Orders
- If an order is lost or returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping Address Requirements
General Requirements
- The shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters.
- Printify does not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
Delivery to a PO Box
- Delivery to a PO box is advised only for destinations in the United States. For other countries, delivery to a PO box is not advisable and is at the customer’s own risk.
- PO box addresses are not supported by Express Delivery. If a customer submits an order with Express Delivery and enters a PO box address, it will be imported as a standard order in Printify.
- The correct address formatting guidelines should be followed when a shipment is directed to a PO box:
First name: John (matching the name on the box)
Last name: Smith (matching the name on the box)
Address 1: PO Box 1776
Zip code: 28034
City: Dallas
Country: United States
- Note: Deliveries to a PO box might encounter delays or issues, even when the address guidelines are followed. If the address guidelines aren’t followed, or if order tracking confirms successful delivery, we won’t be able to offer compensation.

Shipping to or within Germany
Home Delivery Requirements:
- Recipient’s name (matching the name on the apartment building)
- Street address and house number
- Apartment number (if applicable)
- Floor number (optional)

Packstation/Paketfiliale Requirements: - The recipient needs to activate their Deutsche Post/DHL account.
- The postal number must be entered in either the “First name” or “Last name” line.
- The correct address format:
First name: John Smith

City: Dorsten Country: Germany
Shipping to Brazil
- It is mandatory to include the recipient’s CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) tax number on the shipping label.
- For manual orders, add the CPF number to the “Address 2” line in Printify.
- For orders from sales channels, request the CPF number from the customer and add it to the shipping details before sending it to production.
Shipping to Chile
- It is mandatory to include the recipient’s RUN (Rol Único Nacional) or RUT (Rol Único Tributario) tax number on the shipping label.
- For manual orders, add the RUN/RUT number to the “Address 2” line in Printify.
- For orders from sales channels, request the RUN/RUT number from the customer and add it to the shipping details before sending it to production.
Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
- As our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered items. Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need further Information about sizes or measure, feel free to ask bevor placing your order by writing an e-mail to us.
Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at message@thedobesworld.com with a description of the issue and photos of the defective or damaged item.
- We will coordinate with our print provider to handle the return and replacement of the product. The return address will be the location where the product was printed, not our business address.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is approved.
Non-returnable Items
- Personalized items, custom-made products, and sale items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
Order Routing and Shipping Restrictions
Order Routing Information
- Printify’s Order Routing feature automatically directs orders to the most suitable print provider to ensure the best possible price, production speed, and quality. This process helps avoid potential delays and guarantees optimal service.
Handling Shipping Restrictions
- Some orders may be delayed or held due to shipping restrictions from certain print providers or carriers. In such cases, orders will be placed on hold, and customers will be notified of any delays.
Automatic and Manual Order Approvals
- Orders are submitted automatically after a set period, or you can choose to approve each order manually. This ensures you have control over the production process and can address any issues before an order is finalized.
Product Substitutions
- If an exact product match is unavailable, the order may be replaced with a product of similar quality, color, and material to avoid delays.
